Ceremonies

Music plays an important role in the entire ceremony.

There are four different parts to the ceremony that can be enhanced by music.

Prelude

While guests are arriving and being seated. This is generally 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Processionals

There can be one processional for the entire wedding party. Often there is one for the bridesmaids and another for the bride.

During Ceremony

This is optional. Some people choose to have a musical selection during the ceremony. This can be used to stop and reflect on a reading or a part of the ceremony that has just happened. Or music can be played during events in the ceremony such as lighting a unity candle. Some people choose to have no music during the ceremony.

Recessional

Usually there is one recessional for the entire wedding party.

Responses From Satisfied Clients

"I can't say enough good things about them.  Judy and Mark played acoustic guitar music for our ceremony and cocktail hour at our wedding. I worked with Judy to figure out the songs, asked them to learn 2 or 3 new songs, and they were flawless. Not only did they drive several hours to our venue, but they showed up on time, fit the music to us and performed perfectly.

During a day that flew past, there were several key moments that I'll never forget. Hearing them play our processional was one of them. I had chills. They were perfect. And everything we asked of them was delivered and sounded absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend."  R.W. Woodridge NJ

"Thank you so  much!

"Wow, I would rate these guys an 11!
Judy was definitely one of my favorite wedding vendors and I can't say enough great things about her & Mark! First, she is super warm, friendly and very easy to work with!
They arrived at my venue on time, and they played the most beautiful music! I'm only sad I didn't get to listen to more of it. Everything was exactly how I envisioned it, and my guests raved about how fantastic the music was, especially at our cocktail hour! We added a bassist for cocktail hour and it was super! They also know other fantastic musicians if you are interested in adding to their duo.
If you love guitar and/or mandolin music, both older and contemporary styles, these are the musicians for you! "  J.P. Brooklyn NY
